1. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the data necessary to provide you with the core features of Voice Shadow.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., button taps, session duration) to help us improve the app's performance and user experience.
Purchase History: Information related to your in-app subscriptions and purchases to unlock premium features.
Device Information: Basic device details (model, OS version) to assist with debugging and support.

2. Microphone and Audio Data Usage

Voice Shadow requires access to your device's microphone to provide its core features: "Visual Voice Analysis" and "Shadowing Practice".

            Important Privacy Commitment:

            All audio data analysis is performed strictly on your device (locally). We DO NOT upload your voice recordings to any servers, nor do we use them to train AI models or share them with third parties. Temporary audio data is discarded immediately after the real-time analysis is complete or when you close the session.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase validation.

When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes data related to your purchase history, subscription status, and an anonymous user identifier.
This data is used solely to verify your "Pro" status and enable features like "Restore Purchase".
We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information. All financial transactions are handled securely and directly by Apple (App Store).

4. Data Storage and Deletion

Voice Shadow operates primarily as an offline-first application. Your training records, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Right to Delete: You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete all locally stored data at any time by navigating to the app's Settings > Wipe Data. Since we do not maintain a central cloud user database, deleting the data from your device or uninstalling the app results in the permanent destruction of your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Service (e.g., RevenueCat for payments).
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
